As our world has become more global, we have become more aware of the human impact on the environment. Our concern has greatly increased over the last few years as has the interest of governments’ and individuals to combat the rising tide of environmental issues. We now recognise that if human activity is not controlled to a sustainable level then our actions will lead to the extinction of all life on our planet.
EcoMosque aims to conserve and preserve the environment within a demanding urban context and to prevent and/or reduce pollution and thereby counter the effects of human activity. Simultaneously, by bringing faith, the environment and local communities together, EcoMosque will become an exemplar to others, locally and globally.
